ECOBLOW ISBM 50/70 is the newest launch, 4 station machine – Injection – Stretch – Blow Molding.
Station 01: The material is injected into the preform mold, generating high precision in the neck;
Station 02: The circle rotates 180c taking the preform to thermal conditioning;
Station 03: puff/stretch;
Station 04: Oriented exit of bottles.
100% electric machine.
It has four stations: injection, thermal conditioning, blowing/stretching and oriented output of vials.
Injection unit with dosing driven by servo motor Height adjustment of the injection unit to better adjust to different types of molds.
Proportional injection valve with integrated dosing, injection, discharge and decompression functions.
Hydraulic unit with variable flow piston pump allows for greater energy efficiency.
Servo driven stretching allows for greater accuracy and stability in the process. Hybrid machine with blow mold drive and indexing table rotation with servo motors results in energy savings and a hydraulic unit with only 160 liters of capacity.
Control of injection mold closing movements with proportional valve.
Hydraulic cylinders positioned at the bottom of the machine, preventing oil contamination in the blown article.
Blow mold with linear guides thus prolonging the useful life of the mold.
Oriented output of bottles on conveyor belt
Blow valve with built-in low blow, high blow, and exhaust functions. Possibility of adding the air recovery function for the low breath.
Machine designed according to NR-12 with safety PLC integrated to the command PLC.
Door lock interconnected to the safety PLC and with the “Safety Torque” function of the motors adds greater safety and reliability. Command interface with 15” touch screen allows greater operating comfort.
Control of the heating zones of the injection mold and hot runner integrated into the machine control.
