The Company

Multipack Plas Indústria e Comércio de Máquinas Ltda., was founded in 1995 by professionals with extensive experience in the blow molding segment, working for several years in the direction of multinational companies that manufacture blow molding machines.

The beginning of the company’s activities was through commercialization and commercial representation, bringing to Brazil blow molding machines imported from Europe with a high degree of technology and automation, equipment that was not available in our market until then. This activity was very successful in the company, with more than 50 blow molding machines sold in a period of six years.

This was also a milestone for the beginning of automation in the Brazilian wind market.

When importing machines, the provision of after-sales services has always been a constant and a differentiator for the company in the market. The experience acquired in this work combined with the detection of the market need made the company in 1999 enter the blow molding retrofitting market. This new work has become a constant in the company’s activities until the present day, with numerous equipment from different manufacturers retrofitted in the condition of new.

Driven by retrofitting work and market opportunities in 2005, after intense technology research and a large investment in an engineering project, the manufacture of the  molding line, today the flagship of the company’s product line, began.

Consolidating its pioneering spirit and technological vanguard, in 2011, the first “Full Electric” blower, the ECOBLOW line, was launched in the Brazilian market, another historic milestone in the Brazilian blowing market.

After years of work and studies, in 2016 we launched our ECOBLOW ISBM 50/70 – Injection Stretch Brow Molding machine. A 70% electric machine, working with sip motors that guarantee low energy consumption. Working as follows. Station 1: Material is Injected into the Preform Mold, Station 2: The table rotates 120º, taking the preform to the preheat, ensuring better process and bottleneck accuracy. Station 3: Preform is taken to stretching and blowing. Station 4: The bottle is transferred to the conveyor by pneumatic sucker. Significantly increasing the company’s performance in the market.

In 2022, after facing a global pandemic, Multipack Plas, in constant growth, changes address, moving to its new Headquarters, with 3,000 m², located next to one of the most important roads in Brazil.

Today, Multipack Plas, consolidated in the market as a technology leader in the national market of blow molding machines, has a growing share in the major global players of packaging manufacturers in various sectors, being able to offer its customers blowing solutions in the lines:

ECOBLOW Blower Line: Machines with “Full Electric” technology, providing high energy savings, efficiency, and productivity.
